Can you please recommend which product to use to remove moss from my balcony? I would like to purchase some of the ready-to-use products from Obi, Toom, or other stores, but I am clueless as to which one would do the job.

Don’t see any moss in you video. So you seem to have already succeeded.
A brush and some scrubbing. If you want to oil the surface afterwards, you should also get something to sand it a little and some furniture oil for outside use.
Moss? I only see lichen and algae there
Best and most necessary video I have seen in a while.
Pressure wash it with your kärcher, then some brush some oil from Hornbach/OBI/Toom/whatever onto the dried wood in the desired coloration (bangkirai, teak, oak etc)
