I always find myself incredibly torn on these strikes. On one hand I feel absolutely for the people with children whose only way to get away are at these times, and this fucks them over in a way that I honestly doubt many of them will support.
But the pay stagnation on all services has to stop. That said, I’d rather they just striked at a time when it wasn’t school holidays and for longer periods of time so they’re hitting those who have the flexibility of time anyway (or the business travelers)
