This case is proof that the institutions are NOT working. They built a structure with complete disregard to established methods of the trade. Breeze blocks should be reinforced with rebar and concrete. It is not normal for a building to collapse while pouring in concrete for the top roof. In fact this is insane. Whoever believes the prime minister when he says that our institutions are working is either misguided or malicious.
No idea why public inquiries are held at the discretion of cabinet. If somebody dies on the job, a public inquiry should be opened by default.
