He tries to put his losses into a perspective of the whole mess. And ends outing himself as a Buenzli.
Depends in what. The most swiss was the guy who was laughing at the parking fine he got while he was shopping in south germany. There will be nothing more swiss than that monent.
At least he still has his virginity.
there there
Looks like he losed
I’m the only one feeling sad but laughing at same time?
I am a expat living in the Switzerland and 10k for me is a lot of money… Just saying 🙂
Is that all the guy who lost his 5 figures he “invested” a month or ago? I mean that was one fucking stupid bet. Must be somebody over at r/wallstreetbets.
This guy needs to join r/wallstreetbets!
Probably a former manager of CS… They are used to it.
Pfff…going to a BANK shareholders meeting and play surprised if ppl claim 10k is “no so much”.
Same ppl are surprised about the sandyness of beaches when they go on vacation.
Please explain to me the joke. How is a for the average Swiss two months work loss a “big” loss?
For the vast majority of the world people are used to getting their life’s ruined multiple times in a lifetime and they have to start from zero every time. That’s the reality for 80% of the planet easily.
10k CHF is nothing.
All of these people here making fun of his English. I am sure 90% only speak 10 words of German and zero Swiss German. Bad taste and ignorant
I watched some interviews from yesterday about how some people lost their whole retirement funds. Honestly, I feel for those who thought that making an investment in the bank was a way to insure to have a safer retirement.
My mom recently saw with a financial advisor how much she had to have to keep her quality of live she has now during her retirement.
I really wish I was able to make a joke that they shouldn’t have gambled their money. Also in the whole video the guy say that 10k might not be much money but for his family it’s a lot of money.
There’s this whole joke that swiss people are rich, we might have it better than in other countries yes but when the governement is talking to gift banks billions but cutting in the retirement pensions funds. I really can’t feel myself laughing at those people.
If he regularly invests, 10k isn’t that much though. Guy could be loaded and you wouldn’t know. However investing in CS he should have seen the signs that things are messed up a while ago, at the latest when they desperately accepted the 10% buy in from Saudi Arabia.
How much is that in nazi gold so we can compare the value?
If you actually watch the whole video its clear that it’s significant money for him. This clip was just cut for giggles and its intentionally misleading. He was just trying to be humble and say that in the grand scheme of things its not a huge amount.
three more seconds and you could understand it’s all his family money
i saw another guy they asked, he lost 100k and was less sad than him

He is doing brilliantly.
