Looks a lot like “austrolux by kolarz”. But not 100%.
I have never seen a lamp like that before. Unfortunately, I don’t recognize the logo. But when I search with Google Lens, the lamp comes up as being from the brand Cottex. It’s probably Swedish. But still can’t quite get the logo to fit.
