I’m a student in a Polish university (UŁ) and for my master’s thesis I collect views on employee benefits (everything we get besides salary). I would be extremely grateful if you find the time to answer the questionnaire attached. It doesn’t collect anything besides responses, is in English/Russian (for 3 countries I’m trying to compare), 7 minutes or so to fill it in.
If you know someone interested, please share the link – I have very few friends in Latvia (unfortunately). If you can suggest where to share it, I welcome your advice.

The only thing is salary. Reasonable at some point.
I have bad news for you. Latvia is Northern Europe according to UN. If you need this survey for your university, it is wrong already, since Latvia is not from the Easten European list of countries.
Filled it out. Some thoughts:
– Many benefits are mandatory by law so many questions don’t really make sense. Like most important benefit for me is paid vacation days, but every company in Latvia will have that.
– Health insurance is a very important benefit (if not most important) and it’s missing for some reason?
– Is remote work really a benefit? It’s more than that, would call it a type of work in my opinion. Like I would not even look for jobs where the position is not remote.
– Many people will not be able to answer accurately because they don’t know about some benefits. Like I have no idea if I would get a day off due to marriage. Most likely, but I don’t really know.
