It seems to be an impact crater with the town of Gorno Ozirovo right in the middle but I can’t find any info on it
Do you guys know more?

Most likely it is karst formation. It should be called (I am translating from Bulgarian and I am not geologist so it could be called something else in English) blind valley
Around Gorno Ozirovo there are a lot of caves and it is pretty normal for those regions to have such valleys.
