I can understand how someone with a disability (like dyslexia or something) could struggle with the theory test. But if the problem is that you’re just outright too thick to pass it, then you really shouldn’t be driving a car.
Pakistani taxi drivers with not a word of English I’d imagine
I’m amazed, I got massive fucking hassle over my application missing just the middle name on my passport, and yet these guys can take someone else’s test for them?
