Seeking Polish name for my kitten

  1. 20 days ago I adopted this kitten. My polish ex boyfriend just simply called this little girl “Kotka”. They got along well, but this week we broke up, so he left… Now I want to give her a brand new Polish name myself, because I really love Poland a lot(and try to move on from the ended relationship). Thanks to you guys!

  2. KACPER

pick this one (pronounced like cats purr)

  3. My cat died today and his name was Miluś, which means ‘a nice one’ in English. We also called him Milek, which is like another form of that. The female equivalent would be Milusia or Milka (also a name of a chocolate brand). So that’s what I recommend

  4. There is only one canonical name for a Polish kitty: sierściuch pierdolony. It means “furry one” in English.

  5. I don’t know. Try “Kowalski”, pronounced “Covalsky”.

  6. my cats name is ryś (short for richard) you can call him ryś if you want its also lynx in polish so yeah

  7. Chodż or Zostaw

If it was a puppy I would call it cicho

  8. Pierożek! (Little dumpling).

    Nothing more Polish than that

  9. Frytka. My late cat’s name was Frytka/Frytkunia And it wad also a tabby 🥰

  10. If she was named earlier “Kotka” then I assume she’s female.

For a female kitten, I think, fitting name is…

    #Kitka

It means “ponytail” and is also a diminutive of “Kotka”.

  11. I have a little girl that looks similar to her, and my son named her Pianka (foam), because she’s so fuzzy. It’s not a typical name, but I like quirky.

  12. On third photo he looks like he should be named “Kitler”
