German tea-lovers, do you recognize this? I need to find this tea blend (more in comments)

A mango-maracuya tea blend bag in a small shisha place in Bratislava, Slovakia.

It’s a 1 kg paper bag with tea blend inside. No mention of manufacturer, website etc. Googling barcode yields nothing.

The shisha place does not sell tea bags, just prepares the tea. Nobody there is able to tell me the manufacturer of this tea blend, as they get if from a friend of a friend.. and the only clue is that “some woman in Germany makes them”.

But it seems pretty big, has a barcode etc. which hints at a bigger operation. I’m looking for the merchant / manufacturer / whatever so I can buy it.

This tea blend is godlike, I NEED to find it. Thanks
