Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has accused Sinn Féin of ‘needing the housing crisis’ when responding to the €1bn underspend within the Department of Housing between 2020 and 2022.

3. I mean, putting aside the stupidity a second of accepting there’s a housing crisis, and just going “but Sinn Fein”…

   …if Sinn Fein “need” the housing crisis, why wouldn’t the current government actually work harder to remove it as a political issue? If the government wanted to undercut the voters who are backing SF, why not genuinely make widespread changes to the philosophies that have caused the crisis?

And then – stay with me here – they infiltrated Fianna Fáil as well by using mind control beams from Mars, so that the government couldn’t see the billions of euro they were going to spend on housing – honestly, they were, I swear – and instead made it seem like the bill for the Children’s Hospital was constantly skyrocketing. Then, they created a diversion by making it seem like there was leaks coming from the government to various GPs so that the lizard people were able to escape back across the border where they turned back into Gerry Adams, and Martin McGuinness, who isn’t actually dead he’s just pretending.

    Also, I’m not Leo Varadkar, and I’m not making this up. I swear.
