What part of “Putin and his Kremlin freakshow officially refuse to end the war and have repeated this endless times” does Lula not fucking understand?
Even if Zelensky was to let some territories to Russia, Putin does not give a damn, he wants to win at all costs, even sacrificing his own country in the process.

Ukraine can’t legally give up its claim on Crimea without getting anything in return or it looks like they caved to the aggressor and fought and died for nothing, the internal politics on it don’t work.
But if Russia and Ukraine merely agree to a ceasefire after Ukraine retakes everything but Crimea then the situation is unstable, Russia could begin to attack again at any moment and getting Ukraine into the NATO alliance would be very difficult. Russia knows this, it’s part of why they launched these attacks to begin with.
If Brazil wants to have credibility while asking Ukraine to give up Crimea they must send a peacekeeping force to stand at the boarder of Crimea and enforce the peace agreement, otherwise all Ukraine has in return for giving up land is a bunch of empty promises from Russia which are worth Nothing.
How about Brazil returning land stolen from the indigenous population?

As if this war would end anyway if Ukraine gave up Crimea, that’s why peace-dove Putin peacefully bombed the fuck out of eastern Ukraine and annexed 4 additional regions they don’t even fully control.
