the right will be more convenient and closer to city center
If you are going to use a car take the Kamenica(overall better for parking and closer to the main roads). If not take the other one (closer to the city center)

If the 98 is the year of your birth or closer there is no debate – Take the one in Ruski/Gladston.
There is no substitute to being near the center for a young couple. A car parking might be a bitch but there are options including paid park space at the Mall.
In Kamenitsa you will have nothing to do. It isn’t the quiet hood it was 10 years ago as well with all the new blocks and parking is even more shit than in the center at certain places.
One thing to consider is the noise, but the apartment do not appear to be on the blvd itself, so I guess it will be allright.
