Someone was listening to his show on 6 music yesterday where he told the story and decided to write a peice about it?
Considering the blokes been off his nut for 30 years, I’m hardly surprised.
Is some Japanese fella gonna cackle while commentating over him almost dying or something?

“So I go and wait in the waiting room, this was at half past four, and they called my name at around a quarter to 10 at night.
“Now this is no disrespect or no criticism of Wythenshawe Hospital, they were brilliant, they were professional, they were caring, they were dedicated.”
He was then told that he needed to have a CT scan – “it is fine, by the way, there’s nothing wrong with the brain” – and also an MRI scan, which would mean an overnight stay, but the hospital did not have any spare beds.
“So we spent the night in the A&E in the triage department, with the blue curtain pulled around us – me and Jackie on this little single hospital trolley,” said Charles.
I think this is bullshit, ain’t no one getting rushed to hospital lately

I doubt Lister/Craig Charles will ever come to any real harm, as we know that in the future he is alive on Red Dwarf. And I know this to be true because I saw him with my own eyes, on my very own TV!!
I hope that ambulance has Porno Mags and Crack Cocaine on board.
Ah is that why he wasn’t on Thursday’s show? I did wonder if there was something wrong, as he’d only come back after two weeks off
They’ll give him some Paracetamol/Ibuprofen, and send him on his way.
