Would it be possible that someone paid RTL to post an article almost daily about how necessary it is that government helps the construction companies with public money??
Don’t people and politicians just seem to love using the term “Marshall plan” when there is a problem.
I have a genuine question and an observation.
The genuine question is wouldn’t the owner be in loss for letting the tenant out and then again finding new tenant ? Are there tenants living at super cheap prices ?
My observation is mainly onto housing industry, while UAE might be a monarchy but when it comes to housing ,it is super capitalistic , I still and probably will never figure here. So many people in last few months mentioned about last minute changes to contract /binding with the final price or moving date. I am like super confused and surprised.
