Does anybody have an experience of being employed via employer of record companies – GoGlobal or [remote.com](https://remote.com) while being on bluecard in Germany? I got laid off and lot of companies are on a hiring freeze at the moment so it’s kind of hard to find companies with german entities. I work as a software developer and I am getting offers from US-based companies. Some of them offer to hire via [remote.com](https://remote.com) or GoGlobal.
So I’m wondering if it counts as a completely legal thing while somebody is on a blue card? I’m planning to apply for the permanent residency in January, 2024 so don’t want to screw it up. Technically it seems like it is legal because via these companies you get hired by a german entity but if anybody has the experience, will appreciate it if they can share it. Thanks!
