Fair play to the judge, I can imagine what that guy was putting up with
In my experience, security gaurds are worse than cops,because they are too dumb to become cops,they have a grudge with everyone.
Bunch of scumbags harass a working man and he’s the one who ends up in court.
I’ll need to know the ethnicity of all involved before I pass judgement

As a person of colour, going on 5th year in Ireland, I’ve had experiences that have triggered my fight or flight response, replaying my trauma I’m working on addressing.
Teenage girls have verbally harassed me in Luas, and when I ignored them and walked away like you do as kids are being kids, I was met with kicks as I was getting off my stop. Again, I ignored once & kept walking, only to be followed by them & kicked again. At that stage I turned and gave a very stern look and asked them aloud if they have a problem? And you know what I kept thinking after: as a POC I probably left a bad impression if anyone had heard me speaking to teenagers that way.
That experience really shook me. That was 4 years ago and I suppose I look more like I belong here or I’ve just been lucky, but it really does break my heart.
