Boris accused of flouting THREE lockdown rules on dinner date with Carrie

  1. Boris is an idiot. But it’s also interesting to see how much info about him they had all along, just waiting for a moment they’ll wish to replace him with someone else.

    >The source said: “Staff were taking extra care to ensure they would be shut by 10pm. The bill was sent to the Prime Minister’s table by around 9.40pm. But by 10pm Boris, Carrie and their security team were still seated.
    >
    >“Some of the staff were approaching the security, saying: ‘We need to clear the house’.
    >
    >“The staff were nervous and you could see they were trying to say politely that it was closing time.
    >
    >“But Boris was deep in conversation and finally left the premises via the emergency exit at 10.25pm.”

    Absolutely no class.

Most anyone if they were in Johnson’s place would know you don’t abuse those in a lesser position than yourself, to treat the staff of a restaurant like this is savage. If one did it by accident it would be at the cost of a profound apology and a huge tip but that obviously did not occur to Carrie or Boris.

  3. Gotta admit, if the scandal that finally brings down Boris ends up being “he went to a restaurant” I will be somewhat disappointed.

  4. They weren’t dinner dates they were business meetings where food just happened to be served /s

  5. Can you imagine being restaurant staff having to decide between breaking the law or kicking out the prime minister?

  6. There is clearly a campaign to get Boris out. These ‘leaks’ are released at a time to deliver the greatest impact. I just just hope that we don’t suffer from people not following the rules as a result. Just because Boris can’t follow the rules we should punish him but ultimately we need to do the right thing thus further proving that it’s the people not the leaders that make a country.
