  1. NB for those who don’t read it fully: the article uses the “isolé” status as base for the stat, but being isolé doesn’t mean you live alone. Flat shares etc are full of isolés.

  2. Yeah, that seems to be the situation on paper… in reality a good part of these just get increased child support, tax reductions and social tariffs for water/gas/electricity while being functionally in a relationship.

    There is a complete lack of control on civic status while abusing the system is just too beneficial, obviously these won’t be open to an interview.
