There he is. Sitting in his natural habitat. Quiet and peacefully. Safe from urban man.
There are, of course, larger varieties of this species. But both the small and large varieties are increasingly threatened in their existence.
As long as they are not sleeping somewhere in urban environments, they are safe. But for how long?
According to some people, they don’t belong in our society. More and more hate against them. Because they are big, consume a lot, even prove to be a danger to cyclists and pedestrians….
All this is true. But many choose this species precisely because they are strong workhorses. To get the job done. Yet, they encounter more and more misunderstanding.
Of this photographed specimen, I deliberately did not take a picture of the face. Because I could just see the pain in its headlights. From a distance I could already see small tears rolling down its hard front bumper. Yes, tears. Definitely not raindrops.
Will this species ever get the protection it deserves? Or will it be exterminated in the years to come? Will it stop at flattened tires for them, or will the senseless violence extend even further? I await the first news report of one being burned alive. Matter of time, I tell you.
Until then, I’d say live and let live.
I hate car-based societes. I know this post in humor but I can’t wait to one day move to Brussels and hopefully never will need a car again
Oh fuck off. You’re still getting plenty of subsidies.
> Wait, that is not a pickup truck, how can it drive on a grass patch if it isn’t a pickup truck? Only pickup trucks are able to move materials and drive on mud roads. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he is doing as he needs a pickup truck.

Damn, a land cruiser. Those babies will go anywhere, no matter what. Love em
Looks to be a tame specimen, not one roaming the streets.
