The problem here is, both are true.
Some people work better at home.
Some people work better in the office.
What we need is flexible working that caters to both groups rather than this weird reddit view that WFH is the only good way, and the media which tends to lean towards full office stories for the drama.
The reality is likely 90%+ of businesses are doing something in the middle and it goes missed because there’s nothing to talk about.
