The sewage scandal – and what we’re doing about it – Good Law Project

  1. We need a list of all those pro-turd politicians who somehow think the ongoing polluting of our waterways is not an urgent matter.

  2. “We’re going to launch another gofundme to get a bunch of suckahs to give us a load of cash so that we can launch yet another Judicial Review we’ll most likely lose and then have to pay the governments costs for, but we’ll feel all warm and tingly whilst we’re doing it”.

The above is satire, but based on GLP’s track record so far, the most likely outcome.

  3. The billions being wasted on HS2 should be redeployed to fix the sewers and all the associated infrastructure which dates back to Victorian era. A national grid system for water and new reservoirs may also be a good alternative use for HS2 funding. Even desalination plants in case the doomsayers worst predictions come to pass.

  4. Surfers against sewage have been fighting this for three decades. But as soon as menopausal woman doing their wild swimming are experiencing it the past few years, it’s now a serious national issue.

  5. Ah, The Good Law Project has found its next defeat I see.

Hard to take seriously the eco credentials of a man who beats foxes to death with a baseball bat.

  6. I really want to like the Good Law Project, but they’ve no mission statement. I want to see them make a promise as to what their goals are.

If I support them and there’s no guarantee that they won’t go after a cause I don’t like, and I’ll be spitting. A public commitment to their principles offers some protection against that.
