9. Poromafia (reindeer mafia) is great too. Based in Lapland.

10. Now do one in North Karelia. It’s the absolutely craziest and interesting place in Finland for a crime story. I promise. Just take the example of sarjahukuttaja as insiration. Also it is the “Wild East” of Finland where there are literally no police and people just live by the rule of the land. Also has some incredible nature and wilderness. People are absolutely crazy and lovely in the same time.
