Fiskesuppe made it to the list!

  1. Hmmm… but where is tomato soup? With Macaroni of course. And/or hard-boiled eggs.

    Also, though not strictly a soup, I don’t see lapskaus being appreciated for what it is on any lists…

  2. Yay, I guess… I’m in no way bashing fish _soups_, but this is just another example underpinning the fact that Taste Atlas really isn’t reliable, or particularly good at what they’re trying to do. “Fiskesuppe” is not an actual dish, not _a specific soup_ anyway, it’s just a category of soup, which includes several different variations. Cullen Skink (also on the list) is a type of “Fiskesuppe”, but most fish soups aren’t Cullen Skink.

  3. > Ramen

    > Miso Ramen

    > Shoyu Ramen

    > Tonkotsu Ramen

    > Shio Ramen

    Why not add all other Ramen to the list?

    * Spicy Ramen
    * Medium Spivy Ramen
    * Vegan Ramen
    * Low Sodium Broth/ Soya Ramen
    * No Egg Ramen

    Italy will have a longer list for Pizza

    Fucking absurd list.

  4. I was expecting it to be a post on the polish sub since I can see our soup being 2nd place! But not gonna lie, most of these are just delicious, have a good day!

  5. Best fish soup I’ve had as a Norwegian was in Reykjavik. Maybe I should explore the ones in Oslo

  6. Bullshit list.
    In my opinion fiskesuppe is way better than many of the soups in the list. Of course the question is how well its made, but if it made well I would rate it from this list in top 15 world soups definitely.
