The recipient has to declare it/pay the fees, they’ll send a notification to him/her.
You can change Omniva page to English too on side menu

Someone has received two notifications (on paper) that there’s a package needing to be declared in the customs for them. I advise to act within a week, or Omniva (postal company) might send it back to where it came from.
Inform your recipient that their package is stuck in customs (the recipient has to declare it). If they don’t get e-mail notifications from Omniva and don’t check their physical mail often, it might timeout and be sent back to you.
