2nd time recently trying to buy tickets, after putting in my card details this comes up. Happened recently with a gig in vicar where I lost my seats of a saturday gig in a good spot to be shunted to the back on the tuesday gig. Now for the rugby I’ve had to fork out 15 quid more for each ticket for worse seats. Nightmare, detest it. I wish there was an alternative (except for the people who will tell me just sit at home) for going to bigger international things. And god I wish I could complain to a useful customer service but I know I wont get anything useful from ticketmaster. I honest to god just wish it was banned.
I had that trying to buy BABYMETAL and Dethklok tickets for the presale. I sincerely hate Ticketmaster with a burning passion.
