I wonder what Fine Gael are going to do with the €1 billion they refused to spend on housing, will they be bribed into investing it in the arms industry or will they just straight pocket it themselves?
Ireland really needs to join the common artillery procurement plan, the fact that Europe is functionally unable to supply Ukraine without huge amount of aid from the US demonstrates the necessity of improved munition stockpiling.
Isn’t it lovely for the poor struggling arms manufacturers that Ukrainian war came along to boost their sales.
