He’s clearly a rogue landlord who believes that he’s above the law. This is what happens when rogue landlords don’t get punished severely and send to fucking prison.
We need to make examples out of landlords like him.
I’m sick to death of landlords in this country getting away with threatening, intimidating and attempting to assault or seriously injured their tenants.

Ok so now we know the full story the old man should be charged with assault and the surgeon should pay his rent next time
He wanted to burn the house down to get him out and didn’t care if the kids were there. I hope he’s arrested and goes to jail but doubt it.
