Hallo!
I’m in dire need of a native speaker who can help me decipher German cursive on an old Baupolitzei documentation of a 1914 tenant house. This particular page regards the storefront facing the street, and I’m trying to figure out whether the right side of the document (with KOLONIALWAREN exposition) was something that was originally constructed (and later rebuilt after 45) or is merely a proposal by the architect presenting how the storefront can be adapted by a potential owner.
The rest of documentation is pretty legible but as far as this cursive is concerned it might as well be written in Elvish Quenya
Thank you for the help!

Very nice Sütterlin.
A part of it:

Since the stamp says “Genehmigt … 19. Mai 1933” the map is just the proposal.
There is a special sub for this deciphering:
r/Kurrent
The document is a plan for building a house. The procedure before building a house is that the owner requests approval from the authorities before he can start the work. The plan is required as a part of the request documents.
The stamps and signatures at the bottom say that the plan was approved.
The plan must show the building from several different directions. Some images here are sectional drawings. The rightmost image here is one if these views. It is not a separate part of a building.
I think this is first time I’ve seen what appears to be actual Sütterlin in the wild — normally what people think is Sütterlin is actually Kurrent.
Your best bet, though, is probably r/kurrent.
I’d say it’s a proposal from 1933 to expand/change an existing house.
below the scale on the right side it says:

den durch Aufschüttung des anschl. rechten Kellers u. durch Entferng.
des darüberliegenden Zwischengeschosses. Als Lagerräume finden

wendung.
(remarks regarding the abbreviations:
– anschl. = anschließenden
– u. = und
– Entferng. = Entfernung
– dahinterl. = dahinterliegenden)
