Obviously I’m wrong but I could’ve sworn that you can’t get charged with murder for hitting someone with a car unless they could prove its premeditated. Thought it came under dangerous driving or something.
How the heck does it go so wrong for a 12 year old to mess up his entire life
This is why I say that joyriding is not a victimless crime, and it needs to be punished with prison if repeated. But I got a lot of aggravation for that opinion here, from people claiming that “we have all done it when young”.
Absolutely infuriating! It’s high time we bring back capital punishment and teach these kids some discipline with good old-fashioned smacking. This is what happens when there are no serious consequences or proper upbringing. Society is falling apart! 😡
No doubt the judge will say “boys will be boys lolz”. If I had fully realised how invincible you are a s a child I would of completely fucked around, punched a teacher in the face (happened in my school one) etc.. with no reprocussions or physical punishments it’s all a joke really. I was certainly smacked until the age of 9? Ish and I guess it worked as I’ve accidently been a decent human being but seem to witness sl much crime, violence, fraud etc.. that I feel a complete mug for being obedient.
Another promising young footballer cruelly having his freedom briefly taken away.
He’s a cheeky chappie and his family were promised he was going to start being a bit more careful.
