Hasn’t 3M done enough? They illegaly dumped PFAS into the Schelde for years and now they want to do it legaly. Hopefully they don’t get that licence

I want to recommend the movie Dark Waters to anyone who is not yet worried about this issue.
Bedrijven die met oogkleppen oplopen. Ze willen af van hun vuil en de goedkoopste optie is er 1 die dumpt in de rivier en alles vergiftigd.
Ik verwacht nu al dat de liberalen(en dus ook N-VA) gaan reageren dat ze bedrijven niks in de weg mogen leggen.
Men spreekt vaak van “politieke moed”, maar als het er op neerkomt het volk belangrijker te vinden dan de industrie, kan dat blijkbaar niet.
Dat heb je met liberalen.

3M kan beter verdwijnen, maar politiekers geven niet om de gezondheid van het volk. Zolang ze hun zakken maar kunnen vullen. It’s all about money. Er zijn al geneog locaties vervuild door de industrie.
Waarom is een bedrijf dat heel het land opzadelt met ‘forever chemicals’ nog steeds niet gesloten?
