It won’t make the history books lads imo but at least it’s not parochial or cringe I felt. Good effort.
Glad you enjoyed it. I felt Aidan Gillen kept taking me out of it. I thought his acting was poor in parts of it. Some of it felt more like Irish TV rather than a movie. I think it was undercooked and probably needed another draft or two to iron out the kinks. I’d still give it maybe 3 stars.

I’m of the opinion that Gillen starring in Queer as folk set him up for life .
Who am I to judge how good or bad an actor he is but I don’t find him believable in any of his roles .

Not a good actor. And a proper prick too I’ve been told by a couple of friends who’ve worked with him.
