Would a metal band shirt like this get you in trouble in Germany? It’s the red baron (I would not want to be confused as a politically inclined person nor be approached by those who are)

For me you would be someone in favour of a war of aggression who has a problem with democracy.
In legal trouble? Probably not.
You would definetly be put in a far right corner though by most people and definetly would be approached like one.
Best case scenario you‘ll be seen as a weirdo.
How exactly do you expect not to be confused as a politically-inclined person while wearing a t-shirt of a band whose entire shtick is “war”? War’s the most political act there is.
You can clear up the confusion relatively easily, but the responsibility will be on you to offer the explanations.
Being “politically inclined” is not an issue in Germany.
*That*, though, would be.
Yeah, that’s probably not going to get you into legal trouble, but few people will have heard of Minenwerfer. What people are going to see is “mine launcher” and “the red fighter pilot”, and a portrait of von Richthofen. That’s likely to make a lot of people think that you’re glorifying war and militarism, which isn’t going to go down well.
I really like the band. Some black metal bands deliberately design their shirts to be provocative as it’s clearly the case here. For people who know the context, this will be fine. But for all the others you might be seen as little weird to say the least.
