To be honest, the nbi will work off what infrastructure is there. They haven’t surveyed yet, so it’s only an estimate. For example, my area has fibre with pockets of houses without. Our estimate was the same as above until survey was completed and brought forward by two years.
The NBI service seems to be doing really well, not perfect, but well.
Is Starlink an option for many here? Would it not make sense to strike a deal with Musk
We are about 200m away from fiber. A large company CEO near us (in a rural setting) paid to get it to his house. Now they are saying it’ll be 2024 to 2025 to bring it down our road and onto the next. About 3km in total.
