Security is one of the last places to get funding, and one of the first to have it reduced within an organisation.

Couple that attitude with contracts going to the lowest bidder, and this problem won’t go away any time soon. That’s an awful story, and a terrible thing to happen to people who have already suffered through traumatic events.
