It’s much easier if you have your arm straight up, it helps with the balance, keep your thumb on the lower side of the bottle which will act like a fulcrum, look straight forward at the chorro and you’ll feel and hear when it’s splashing against the side of the glass. There’s a moment when learning when you just get it, a bit like Luke Skywalker when he learns to use the force.
