  1. Don’t we usually put these points on the continuous continent rather than islands? If we put them on islands Portugal wouldn’t have the western post point, which would go to Iceland.

  2. The story of the Giant Chair in Cape Tripiti is rather interesting. It was built by 6 Russian scientists that left the USSR after the Chernobyl disaster and they relocated in Gavdos. One of them was even compensated for radiation exposure, anyway the Russians stayed in the island and built the Chair
