Surprise? Everybody knew about it for a very looong time.
As a Turk I hear these stories every time. Every friend I know that lives in Germany gets welfare there, but owns like 3 houses here, 2 of which are rented and the other one they use in the summer. I hope for some sort of agreement between Europe and Turkey so that we (or better the European country in question) can identify these people and stop giving them welfare, which I believe is better spent on people that actually need them
