Not sure if it’s the same for every Ausländerbehörde but after I got this I had to wait for a letter with the pin which I think they send once the card is physically in the office. Then I had to make an appointment for like two weeks later to pick up the card.

And until that certificate has arrived and been delivered to you this letter will act as a temporary permit.
