Does anyone think Sturgeon was set up – in a bid to reduce support for the SNP and thus avoid another referendum for Scottish independence? I don’t necessarily believe that’s what’s happened but… it would be a good way to prevent the break up of the UK.
I’m an SNP voter and I’ve never felt so politically homeless.
I can’t vote for Scottish Labour because they’re diehard unionists, and when they controlled Glasgow/Lanarkshire they were corrupt and very much ‘jobs for the boys’. I can’t vote for Scottish Tories because they’re cunts, and I can’t vote for Scottish LibDems as they are Diet Cunts.
That leaves the Greens who I agree with on ecological and social issues but would be a disaster economically for me as a high-earner as I think they’d increase taxes in Scotland which are already higher for what I perceive to be not much better public services.
Regardless of who I vote for or not, I’ll still be pro-independence and wish people in rUK would realise that the independence movement won’t die with the SNP.

The braveheart brigade are the ones who shout the loudest, but the majority are meh. SNP support is largely based on Labour being an absolute shambles in recent years and hardly anyone north of the border voting tory so it’s snp or the greens.
Hopefully the Scottish electorate will start to boot the sectarian MPs like Black to the curb. Scotland is such a racist society that pretends to not be but the last thing it needs is such prejudice and hate is elected officials.
At this rate Starmer is going to win a hypermajority in the next GE.
