Arranged to meet the seller.
Test Drove it.
Made a fair offer.
Accepted sellers counter offer.
Went home
Got bankers draft for the value agreed
Came back the next day
Handed draft to original owner.
Waited until cashed.
Did paperwork over cup of tea in the original owners house.
Pulled the trigger on the insurance I’d already arranged.
Original owner put out the fancy biscuits.
Left in Car I just bought.
Never darkened the original owners door again.
I’ve put thousands into repairing that thing because I do not want to deal with shitehawks on Donedeal.
Why though?
Had multiple people asking for “student discounts” when i was selling my car on donedeal

my wife wanted to sell a small aloe vera plant. we’re talking like 5 euros.

Adverts is just full of gobshites. Never read the descriptions where everything is laid out. Tried selling a camera for 6k and everyone just looking to buy bits off it. Waste of time altogether. I just traded the camera in, got less money but also less hassle
