Cred ca noi limitam capacitatea de transport disponibila pe interconectari fata de capacitatea lor nominala. Asta ar redcuce costurile de echilibrare in reteaua de transport interna ?! (deja sunt depasit de subiect)
Edit: Interesant ca au ales doar partea asta din comunicat care pare “de bine” politic si nu altele cu probleme :

O stire marca digi care nu ma lamureste cu nimic, ci imi spune o informatie cu care ma sterg la cur. Sau e doar o stire pentru cunoscatori.
Cum justifica romania restrictia? De ce ar trebui eliminata? In ce scop? Avem capacitatea asta?
