Carers’ leave: All workers providing personal care or support to a relative or person living in the same household have the right to at least five working days of carers’ leave per year;
Flexible Working Arrangements: All working parents with children of up to eight years old and all carers have the right to request reduced working hours, flexible working hours, and flexibility in the place of work.
Nemam djecu, nikad ih neću imati, ali ovo je nešto prekrasno što sam pročitao. Imaju sigurno još stvari za koje nas mogu kazniti i jedva čekam da nas kazne
Kladim se u 100 eura da 50% hrvata nije razumijelo tekst.Referiram na to da smo dresirani da šutimo i radimo.
Volio bih da nas kazne i ovo neće biti prva kazna od EU.
Pa nije lako ni samcima.Kako da osnuješ obiteljbi budeš zdrav ako stalno moraš raditi i vuči za kolege čija se djeca stalno razboljevaju ili su, a jesu, udani i oženjeni sebični i delegiraju i posao i smjene nekom bez obitelji.I nisu obitelj samo žena,muž,djeca.Samcima najčešće na teret ostanu i roditelji i braća…
