I’m not too sure how a 42 year old man can convince anyone that he’s 17. Then again The Daily Mail convinces many people that they’re a serious newspaper so I suppose anything is possible.
Nah this kind of thing never happens. They’re a great bunch of lads.
The majority of people crossing the channel in small boats have their asylum claims accepted, despite our Government and particularly the Home Office being incredibly hostile towards them and trying to find any reason to reject their claims.
The Daily Mail wants to use one single example of someone doing something wrong as a reason to mistreat thousands of refugees.
[They supported the fascists in the 1930s.](https://libraryblogs.is.ed.ac.uk/hcalibrarian/files/2018/09/Hurrah_for_the_Blackshirts_DailyMail_1934.png) They still support fascism today.
Poor guy, his real retirement age in this country gonna be 95. So, he ll never retire.
As long as he identifies as a 17 year old refugee, why not.
Good old daily heil, take an extreme exception to rabble-rouse and stir up the idea that all immigrants are like this.
Some people are nasty, and some of them slip through. It’s unfortunate, but it happens in every aspect of life, not just immigration. I’d also have more questions about how he managed to bluff his way through the assessments…
