I think it mistakes Malta for Italy… Rome to be precise. We (on Malta) do not have persistent garbage collection strike.
On serios note, this is not Malta. This is just “a city” with garbage collection issues… nothing in these pictures spell Malta to me.

Keep saying, the arrogance and greed of some people in the industry is getting the better of them. What they need to create is Artificial Stupidity. That will be more than enough to take care of most jobs done by humans, especially legal and office work.
At the end of the day, what is intelligence? We don’t really have a definition everyone would agree on. And it comes in many forms.
But real Intelligence is another kettle of fish altogether and there is no way to control it or to fool it or to change its mind. Where it not so, it would not be intelligence.
