If Poland is of the opinion that they receive too much in EU funds, then they should just say so. All these theatrics really aren’t necessary for that.
About time
This will lead to a de facto Polxit. Poland is sovereign, it can just ignore the EU and they have no mechanism to kick them out. They can cut off the money, this will just increase the risk of a full Polxit.

Yeah… It’s like with FED’s talking about talking about tapering. Now EU is saying for a hundred time, that actions are going to be taken. What actions exactly? When? Or any other details?
