Yeah that’s accurate, provided you only mean gross earning and have no need to factor in taxes and the cost of living.
Dont take it as what sort of personal wealth you can expect to have in each country, it is not a meaningful chart for showing that.
I’m assuming that means not a single bill will be paid or rent ?

Seems roughly in line with taking a million dollars and dividing them by the average annual net wage (see, for example, [here](https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/country_price_rankings?itemId=105)). As OP mentioned, one of the issues is that it takes the average, not the median wage. One may also wonder whether it’s better to take into account other income as well (investment, real estate appreciation, etc).
