I personally have not received it, for both periods. When I went to look up what to do, it seems I almost missed the deadline for the first period. Sharing this tip so other people don’t end up missing the deadline!
Als u na controle van uw energiefacturen vaststelt dat uw leverancier u het basispakket voor de maanden november en december 2022 nog niet heeft toegekend, moet u zelf tegen 30 april 2023 een aanvraag indienen bij de FOD Economie.
Als u op 23 april 2023 vaststelt dat u voor de maanden januari, februari en maart 2023 het basispakket niet hebt ontvangen, moet u tegen 31 juli 2023 een aanvraag indienen bij de FOD Economie.
Be aware that if you’re only now requesting the first package, expect to wait at least 2 and maybe 3, 4, 5… months. For the end-of-year package.
When are they going to cancel these? Energy cost has normalised.
Edit: i’m paying -5 euro at the moment. Gas and electricity.
After 4 months of not getting the ‘basispakket’ I gave up hope of ever receiving it. Government is only fast if they are on the receiving end…
I’ve seen this and i have tried to find, is everyone applicable for this? I cannot find the requirements to be able to apply
I don’t understand why we need to check that. They are paid more than enough to check it for us.
Paar weken geleden aangevraagd en nog ah wachten. Nadat je alle gegevens op hun site hebt ingevuld, krijg je een e-mail dat ze het dossier hebben aangemaakt en dat ze gaan kijken of je er recht op hebt. Er staat ook in dat dit enkele maanden kan duren.
Wat doen al die ambtenaren? Wanneer je hen moet betalen zal je zolang niet kunnen wachten.
