Fantastic, I’ve been looking for a murder shack for a good bit.
Sites on 0.5-1 acre with planning permission for a house were going for €60,000 a few years ago so this is about right.

It’s not being sold as a dwelling. Having a site with an existing house basically guarantees you’ll get planning permission to build a house there
