  1. It’s a phone issue I had the same problem in the states. I had “data” but my sim wouldn’t work with whatever provider I had connected too. I think the solution was to change my settings from autopick provider to manual, or vice versa.

    Your issue could be completely different of course

  2. I presume you have also tried to call their contact number which is on the website seeing as you cant text them its 0818 214 365
